My last three illustrations of this year. This is the opening to a novel I wrote when I was sixteen, The Children of Hamelin. Sadly, I haven't touched it since I was eighteen, but I miss it. It was quite an experience to go back to characters that have been sitting in the back of my mind and my heart for so long. I decided to do a sequence this time around. I'm scared about what's coming this year, so it was a good feeling to return to this if only briefly.
